Clinical Service Agreement & Patient Guidelines
Patients are requested to notify the clinic at least 4 hours prior to scheduled clinic or home visit slots in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
For home visit physiotherapy, patients must provide a clean, safe treatment space. Our physiotherapists reserve the right to decline home visits in unsafe environments.
